Abstract
4-[3,5-Diamino-4H-pyrazol-4-yl)diazenly]benzoic acid (L) has been
synthesized by starting from
4-Phenyl-hydrazonomalononitrile-carboxylic acid, reactions of
4-[3,5-Diamino-4H-pyrazol-4-yl)diazenly]benzoic acid (L) with Co(II),
Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) acetates yields different complexes. The
structure of the complexes determined by using elemental analysis, UV,
IR, NMR, TGA, DTA, magnetic measurements. The formulas of the
complexes are as following [CoL(Ac)2].2H2O,
[NiL(Ac)2].3H2O, [Cu2L2(Ac)4].2H2O
and [ZnL(Ac)2.2H2O].
