Abstract
Streptomycin (SM) and tetracycline (TC) complexes were synthesed and
their chemistry with bismuth (V) are represented in this article.
These complexes further characterized by various physiochemical and
spectroscopic measurements i.e. IR, 1H NMR, UV-Vis,
TG/DTA and XRPD. The crystallographic data for the complexes are a =
10.73678 (Å), b = 10.73678 (Å), c : 16.40118 (Å),
a
= 90.00°,
b
= 900,
g
= 120.00оv = 1637.40 Å3 for Bi-SM and a =
14.792630 (Å), b = 14.792630 (Å), c = 12.369320 (Å),
a
= 90.00°,
b
= 96.928,
g
= 90.00°
v = 2344.05 Å3 for Bi-TC. Both complexes have hexagonal
crystal system. The thermodynamic parameters as
DE*,
DH*,
DS*,
DG
and k were calculated for stability. The molecular modeling of both
complexes have trigonalbipyramidal structure.
