Abstract:
Diphenylamine (DPA) was polymerized with two different initiator
namely potassium peroxy disulphate (PDS) and potassium
dichromate (PDC) under inert atmosphere at 45oC in the presence
and absence of various nano materials. Rp was determined based
on gravimetric method. FTIR will account for the % amino and %
imino forms of backbone of Poly(diphenylamine) (PDPA). Added
nano materials improved the thermal degradation temperature of
PDPA as well as their electrical conductivity value.
